I've spent years in my spare time immersed in a variety of projects. My journey has involved extensive experimentation with rocket stoves, wood-burning water heaters, and several smokeless stove designs.

Through over a decade of hands-on experience, I've come to realize that rocket stoves, while interesting, often fall short in practical, real-world applications. This insight led me to shift my focus.

I'm now dedicated to engineering what I believe is one of the most effective outdoor smoking oven/BBQ units on the market. My goal is to create a well-designed wood-burning oven that offers exceptional versatility, excelling in cold smoking, hot smoking, and BBQ for families of any size.
